On the message there is a link to your invoice at the top.


If you dont have a link at the top this means you are on auto payments and the money has been collected

At the top of your invoice there is a button to "Pay with card',

Select this

Fill in with the card details and click pay or use google/apple pay.

 only select the checkbox if you would like auto paymetns in the future.

On the customer login you can see past transactions, future appointments and more.

Depending on weather your on phone or pc your screen could look different.

In the top right of the page there is a "Customer login" button, select this

If you are already a customer with me then select "Existing customer"

then enter your customer refference number (this is found on your invoices)

  • View appointments upcoming and previous

  • View your financial history

  • View your quotes

  • Request new quotes

You will see different cards with different things, soon you can get instant quotes on this page...

  • Did you change your business name?
    Yes! The business was recently rebranded from Scruba Cleaning to Harvey's Cleaning. We are the exact same business just a different name. The business owners name is Fraser Harvey which is where the new name comes from. 😊
  • What services do you provide?

  • Are you available on the weekends?
    It depends. If I've not managed to finish all my jobs for the week it may run into a weekend or if I have a bigger job I may book this on a weekend but I try to work Monday-Friday as I think family time on the weekend is important! I hope my customers can understand this. 😄

    Unfortunately this is a business run by one person, and sometimes I get overwhelmed with work load.   • Only my front windows were cleaned?
    If I have no access to the back of the house I may only clean the front windows of your property and will invoice you only for the front. Most of the time I'm unable to reschedule the whole clean or back clean as my days are scheduled in different areas of Bristol. If you would like it rescheduled you would have to message/call me so I could see if I can fit you in anywhere.
  • When is my next appointment date?
    After your last clean you will recieve a text that will tell you your next appointment date, This can be changed though if weather or other things moves the scedule along. To find out your up to date appointment date online, 1) go to customer log in on the top right, 2) If you are a exsisting customer please log in using your CUS code on your invoices. If your a new customer please select new customer and create log in details. 3)Scrol down to find appointment history, you should see your next appointment date.
