Why did you miss my appointment with no contact?Unfortunately this is a business run by one person, and sometimes I get overwhelmed with work load. If I have missed your appointment this might be due to: Weather Equipment issues Jobs taking longer than anticipated If you're concerned about an appointment time please call me as messages aren't always read in the day. Only my front windows were cleaned?If I have no access to the back of the house I may only clean the front windows of your property and will invoice you only for the front. Most of the time I'm unable to reschedule the whole clean or back clean as my days are scheduled in different areas of Bristol. If you would like it rescheduled you would have to message/call me so I could see if I can fit you in anywhere.

When is my next appointment date?After your last clean you will recieve a text that will tell you your next appointment date, This can be changed though if weather or other things moves the scedule along. To find out your up to date appointment date online, 1) go to customer log in on the top right, 2) If you are a exsisting customer please log in using your CUS code on your invoices. If your a new customer please select new customer and create log in details. 3)Scrol down to find appointment history, you should see your next appointment date.
